Types of Fast Fill Systems
Pressurized Fast Fill Fuel Systems
Pressurized Fast Fill Fuel Systems are mostly used on Large off-road equipment with steel fuel tanks of more than 570 liters. Fast Fill Systems Nozzles such as the ZZ9A1 or N150 Series Wiggins Fuel Nozzle, delivers up to 570L per minute. These Systems consists of a Fast Fill Fuel Nozzle,Fast Fill Fuel Receiver (Fitted to Tank or Ground Level) and a Fast Fill Vent/Breather.

Non-Pressurized Fast Fill Fuel Systems are mostly used on Large off-road equipment with plastic fuel tanks of more than 570 liters. Fast Fill Systems Nozzles such as the ZZ9A1 Wiggins Nozzle or N150 Series Fast Fill Fuel Nozzle, delivers up to 570L per minute. Non-Pressurized Fast Fill Systems consists of a Fast Fill Fuel Nozzle,Non Pressurized Fast Fill Fuel Receiver (Fitted to Tank or Ground Level) and a Non Pressurized Fast Fill Vent/Breather with an internal or external signal lines between the Fast Fill breather and Fast Fill receiver.
